Just being. Letting go. Breathing. Allowing the cold to unfold its effects, as it has for thousands of years.
This is exactly what we create through the Wim Hof Method.
Built on three powerful pillars, the method promotes health and balance down to the cellular level. It creates moments of presence, inner stillness and reconnection with what is natural. Through conscious breathing, cold exposure and mindset, we learn to influence our nervous and immune systems, release endorphins and adrenaline, support well‑being and healthy aging, and reduce inflammation and discomfort – using our own strength.
09:00 – 10:00 Introduction to the Wim Hof Method & the science behind it
10:00 – 11:00 Wim Hof mindset session, followed by yoga and stretching
11:00 – 12:00 Wim Hof breathing session
12:00 – 13:00 Preparation for cold exposure and ice bath, closing circle, reflections and group exchange
